It all started with thinking about how food tech could help people eat more plants, increase biodiversity & reduce pressure on food systems.

A rainbow of veg should be the cornerstone of every diet – but it's a pain to prepare & carry around all day…

Freeze drying locks-in the good stuff - protecting amazing flavour & nutrition.

So we bought our very first freeze dryer and started experimenting... 

Our focus is on widening access to a greater diversity of plants & changing food systems by unlocking delicious food from around the world - using future food tech.
